¡Qué gran paseo en solitario con mi bicicleta de carretera Venge! Sin duda, me está ayudando a mejorar mi estado físico. Hoy no había mucho viento, así que me resultó mucho más fácil mantener un ritmo constante. Usaré más la bicicleta de carretera, pero espero poder volver a utilizar la Turbo Creo el viernes por la tarde, lo que aumentará enormemente mi capacidad para escalar. ¡Felices días! 🇪🇸👍☀️😎🚴♂️

What a great solo ride on my Venge road bike, it’s certainly helping with my fitness levels. Not much wind today so it was much easier to keep a steady pace. I will be using the road bike more, but look forward to getting the Turbo Creo back on Friday afternoon which will increase my climbing ability no end. Happy Days 🇪🇸👍☀️😎🚴♂️
