El club ciclista Wirral montaron con club ciclismo Sucina
Un día absolutamente espléndido con Big Dave, David y Harry del club de ciclismo Sucina y Dave, Dave, Neil y Harry (que, como era de esperar, tiene un pie en ambos campos) del club ciclista Wirral. Parada número 1 en Puerto Pesquero para tomar una copa. Gracias a Big Dave y David por unirse al viaje y por regresar a La Unión mientras el resto de nosotros subíamos la primera subida a Portman. Decepción para los chicos de Wirral porque llegamos demasiado temprano para las sardinas prometidas por Harry y tuvimos que irnos después de una taza de té rápida, finalmente almorzamos en La Playa Cafetería en Los Nietos y también fue muy agradable. Nos dirigimos a lo largo de la costa y subimos al Tele Club en La Tercia para nuestra última parada del día para tomar una bebida refrescante. ¡¡Me olvidé del pastel casero que consumieron antes de nuestra primera subida a Portman!! Hay muchachos que tienen más paradas en boxes que Lewis Hamilton 😂 Un gran día con excelente compañía, gracias a los muchachos de CCS y WCC por su compañía y espero verlos a todos el domingo. The Wirral Cycling Club rode with Club Ciclismo Sucina
An absolutely splendid day with Big Dave, David & Harry from club ciclismo Sucina & Dave, Dave, Neil & Harry (who unsurprisingly has a foot in both camps) from the Wirral cycling club. Pit stop No 1 at Puerto Pesquero for drinks. Thanks to Big Dave & David for joining the ride & who headed back at La Union while the rest of us headed up the first Portman climb. Disappointment for the Wirral guys as we were way too early for the sardines promised by Harry & had to head off after a quick cuppa, finally we had lunch La Playa Cafetería in Los Nietos & very nice too. Heading along the coast & up to the Tele Club in La Tercia for our final pit stop of the day for a cooling drink. I did forget the home made cake they consumed before our first Portman climb!! There guys have more pit stops than Lewis Hamilton😂 A great day with excellent company, thanks to the CCS & WCC guys for your company & hope to see you all on Sunday.
